Inspiring Change: One Park at a Time
As a group, we are passionate about preserving the environment and promoting sustainable practices. We believe that it is our responsibility to take care of the planet we call home, and that it is essential to act now to ensure that future generations can enjoy it as we do.
Recently, we have noticed a significant accumulation of garbage in Azadi Park, which is a popular public parks in our city. This is particularly concerning, as it indicates that, unfortunately, people do not care about the cleanliness of their environment, despite numerous awareness campaigns on the subject.
Therefore, as a project of our First Year Experience class, we have decided to take action and clean up the public park. We want to show that small actions can make a big difference and that by working together, we can create positive change in our community. We believe that by leading by example, we can inspire others to take similar actions and create a cleaner, more sustainable world.
To achieve our goal, we are inviting like-minded individuals to join us in our mission. We have set up a booth next to the B1 floor entrance in building A, where interested individuals can register and become a part of our initiative. Alternatively, you can contact af22099@auis.edu.krd to volunteer with the group. By joining us, you can help us in creating a change and in cleaning a place that has been a childhood favorite of so many people!
Our ultimate goal is not only to clean up Azadi Park but also to inspire and educate people about the importance of environmental conservation. We hope to create a ripple effect and encourage others to adopt eco-friendly practices and reduce their carbon footprint. We believe that raising awareness about environmental conservation is crucial, and we plan to use our initiative as a stepping stone to create a cleaner and more sustainable world for all.
